My name is Darren Treen, my father started
taking me to judo 30 years ago and I am still doing it now. Dave Treen (father) has been doing judo 35
years and helps me run my club with my friend John Stubbington.( Cobra Judo Club). For 8 years we have
run this club and taught hundreds of junior / seniors. My brothers David and Carl together with my son &
daughter zoe and luke have also been doing judo for a few years now. We have won plenty of medals and even had some
National titles in the family. With this martial art we have all made lots of new friends and learnt disipline,
self awareness, fitness, and many new skills. Judo is a sport we love, and I hope to keep it up till I'm too
old to rei on & off the mat with my creeky old bones.
